Here at Wayland our philosophy has always been to provide our customers with the convenience and flexibility of a 'ONE STOP SHOP'. The major benefit of this service is to dramatically reduce the concept-to-development stages of the process, thus resulting in quicker delivery times, especially on priority projects.
From our manufacturing plant in Heywood we handle the entire process. We work very closely with our customers to meet their exact specifications: from initial CAD drawings; to fabrication; punching; bending and welding.
We undertake all production and finishing in-house to give the quickest possible turnaround without jeopardising quality.
IN HOUSE FINISHING SERVICE
Prior to despatch the finished product can be, SHOTBLASTED, SPRAY PAINTED, GALVANISED or ZINC PLATED to your requirements.
In addition to our comprehensive finishing services we now include a POWDER COATING facility. This process achieves uniform and superior quality coverage without paint runs and ensures excellent resistance to corrosion. Powder coating is also quick and very cost effective, even on small batches enabling us to offer this provision at very competitive rates.
We are capable of powder coating a wide variety of sizes, from small components to parts up to 3m long.
