The Robotic Welder
The UR10 robot has been integrated to control the ESAB Aristo Mig 4004i Pulse welding machine together with a Dinse robotic torch package. Features include:
• Universal Robot UR10 e-series complete with robot arm, control cabinet, software, teach pendant.
• ESAB Aristo Mig 4004i SWF water cooled machine. A multi-process machine, pre-installed with Speed Technology and with a robot interface.
• Dinse METZ 544 torch package (45° neck, 4m hose). Dinse has a reputation for longer life consumables due to the quality German manufacturing process.
